Key responsibilities
- Own and manage publisher accounts end to end, ensuring strong relationships and performance tracking
- Monitor compliance and proactively address issues before they escalate, maintaining a diversified book of business
- Drive optimization efforts by analyzing performance data and implementing strategies to enhance partner outcomes
Required qualifications
- Four or more years of experience managing publishers in affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of owning a margin or revenue number and demonstrating impactful changes
- Experience in regulated verticals such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance
- Fluency in performance tracking platforms, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
- Strong proactive optimization skills, with a focus on taking actionable steps based on reporting insights
