Job Summary

Managing a diverse portfolio of publishers, the full-time remote Lead Affiliate Manager will own end-to-end relationships, drive margin growth, and proactively optimize performance across multiple verticals including insurance and personal finance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee relationships with publishers, ensuring opportunities are maximized and results are achieved
• Monitor and manage margin performance, actively addressing compliance issues before they escalate
• Engage in proactive optimization by analyzing reporting data and implementing actionable strategies for growth

Required qualifications

• Four or more years of experience managing publishers in affiliate marketing
• Proven track record of owning a margin or revenue number and demonstrating its growth
• Experience in regulated verticals such as insurance, credit, or personal finance
• Fluency in performance tracking platforms, with the ability to discern data accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to proactively optimize partner performance based on data insights
