Job Summary

Managing a diverse portfolio of publishers, the full-time Lead Affiliate Manager will own end-to-end relationships, drive margin growth, and optimize performance across multiple verticals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee publisher relationships, ensuring opportunities are identified and results are achieved
• Monitor and manage margin performance, proactively addressing compliance issues before they escalate
• Engage in continuous optimization based on reporting insights to enhance partner performance

Required qualifications

• Four or more years of experience managing publishers in affiliate marketing
• Proven track record of owning a margin or revenue number and demonstrating its growth
• Experience in regulated verticals such as insurance, credit, lending, or personal finance
• Fluency in tracking platforms, with the ability to interpret data accurately
• Strong proactive optimization skills, with a focus on taking action based on reporting insights
