Affiliate Manager
Job Summary
Owning the entire affiliate management process, the full-time Lead Affiliate Manager will manage publisher relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure compliance while working remotely across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Manage publisher accounts end to end, focusing on relationship building, scaling opportunities, and achieving margin targets
- Monitor partner traffic for compliance issues and proactively address potential problems before they escalate
- Optimize performance by analyzing reporting data and implementing strategies to enhance partner outcomes
Required qualifications
- Four or more years of experience managing publishers in affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of owning a margin or revenue number and demonstrating impactful changes
- Experience in regulated verticals such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance
- Fluency in tracking platforms, with experience in performance platforms like Tune
- Ability to proactively identify optimization opportunities and take action to implement changes
