Affiliate Manager
Job Summary
To expand affiliate partnerships, the full-time Affiliate Manager will build and refine target lists of prospective affiliates, manage relationships from outreach to onboarding, and increase the number of active affiliates generating leads, all while working remotely from Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and refine target lists of prospective affiliate partners to outbound against
- Own the full relationship from cold outreach through negotiation, onboarding, and first payment
- Increase the number of active affiliates sending converting leads weekly
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in affiliate management, partnerships, or creator partnerships
- Demonstrated experience proactively recruiting and onboarding partners or affiliates
- Comfortable owning a relationship end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, and onboarding
- Understanding of the info-business, course, or creator-economy space
- Comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook
