Affiliate Manager
Job Summary
Managing and scaling the existing affiliate partner base, the full-time Affiliate Manager will oversee onboarding, optimize performance metrics, and maintain tracking infrastructure in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and scale the affiliate partner base across various compensation models, including CPA and RevShare
- Monitor KPIs for partners and optimize underperforming placements in collaboration with them
- Maintain the tracking and reporting infrastructure while investigating discrepancies in statistics
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle affiliate account management
- Understanding of various affiliate compensation models and channel economics
- Technical literacy in tracking, pixels, postback/S2S, and basic API usage
- Experience in managing partner pipelines and database hygiene
- Proficiency in analytical reporting and performance dashboard interpretation
