Affiliate Marketing Lead

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Affiliate Marketing Lead will own and scale Runpod's affiliate program, consolidate influencer relationships, and drive performance-based partnerships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the affiliate program, transitioning agency-managed relationships in-house and enhancing existing affiliate partnerships
• Transform the influencer program into a performance-based model, identifying and recruiting new creators while building a repeatable sourcing process
• Design and implement partnership concepts to maximize organic reach and track performance metrics for ongoing program improvement

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or growth marketing with end-to-end program ownership
• Proven track record in recruiting and managing affiliates or creators
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as PartnerStack or similar
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data independently
• Genuine fluency in internet and creator culture, with a knack for spotting emerging talent
