Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing affiliate marketing team, the full-time Affiliate Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day program execution, partner recruitment, and performance analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management, and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring tracking accuracy and offer availability
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management to enhance program performance
• Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and provide data-backed recommendations for improving ROI

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven success in managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data that informs client strategy
• Expertise with major affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, and CJ
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple client programs simultaneously
