Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end management of the Affiliate Network (CJ), the full-time Affiliate Marketing Specialist will oversee campaign setup, agency relationships, and publisher development while driving program performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Commission Junction platform, including campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
- Recruit and onboard new publishers while maintaining strong relationships to secure high-visibility placements
- Identify growth opportunities within affiliate networks and optimize commission structures and creative assets
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing with hands-on ownership of affiliate agencies like CJ
- Solid understanding of affiliate economics including EPC and commission structures
- Proven ability to recruit, vet, and grow a publisher base
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data in affiliate networks and BI tools
- Experience with Asana and familiarity with Google Sheets
