Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day operations of the affiliate and partnership program, the full-time Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator will manage tracking setups, partner placements, and compliance checks while producing weekly performance reports in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage affiliate tracking links and offers, ensuring correct attribution
• Update and maintain creative and copy for partner placements, ensuring current offers and assets
• Produce detailed weekly performance reports, analyzing data to identify issues and opportunities

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience running partnerships, preferably with affiliate or partner tracking tools like Everflow
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in working across performance and attribution data
• High attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance and reporting
• Ability to manage and edit partner copy effectively
• Organized and reliable, capable of managing a recurring workflow independently
