Affiliate Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of affiliate and third-party monetization channels, the full-time remote Affiliate Program Manager will take end-to-end ownership of affiliate programs, develop strategies, negotiate opportunities, launch campaigns, and analyze performance to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage affiliate programs end-to-end, setting targets and driving actions to exceed them
- Coordinate campaign logistics with partners, ensuring all materials are ready for launch
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize affiliate relationships
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing with a proven revenue track record
- Deep fluency in affiliate networks such as ShareASale, CJ, Impact, or PepperJam
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of unit economics and business outcomes
- Experience managing partner relationships and influencing stakeholders effectively
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance reporting and attribution models
