Job Summary
To build a creator program at scale, the full-time remote Affiliate and Influencer Program Manager will design and implement an affiliate program across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify while coaching creators to drive sales and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive affiliate and creator program with clear economics and tracking across multiple platforms
- Coach and support creators to enhance their success and maintain community engagement through regular calls and feedback
- Monitor industry trends and test new affiliate models and tools to keep the program innovative and effective
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing for e-commerce brands
- Proven track record of building and scaling an affiliate or creator program for at least one e-commerce brand
- Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing on TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify
- Strong understanding of program economics, including commission structures and cost management
- Experience in coaching creators and leading teams or virtual assistants
