Job Summary
To support a growing creator program, the full-time remote Affiliate and Influencer Program Manager will design and scale affiliate programs across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify while coaching creators to drive sales and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive affiliate and creator program across multiple platforms
- Coach creators, oversee their success, and maintain community engagement through regular calls and feedback
- Monitor industry trends and test new affiliate models and tools to stay ahead of the curve
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing for e-commerce brands
- Proven track record of building and scaling an affiliate or creator program for at least one e-commerce brand
- Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs on TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify
- Strong understanding of program economics, including commission structures and margins
- Experience in coaching creators and leading a sourcing team or virtual assistants
