After Hours Carrier Sales Representative
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the After Hours Carrier Sales Representative will establish and maintain carrier relationships, ensuring high service levels and timely freight delivery while meeting performance goals, with a schedule of Wednesday to Sunday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM after initial training in the office.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and negotiate relationships with carriers to expedite freight services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing freight pickup and delivery timelines
- Monitor shipment status, secure capacity, and handle vendor onboarding and TMS data maintenance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or cold call setting
- Experience in transportation and/or logistics
- Able to work the specified hours from home and complete initial training in the office
- Track and trace or related experience
