After Hours Travel Advisor

Job Summary

Providing travel services for business travelers, the full-time After Hours Travel Advisor will arrange domestic and basic international air, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and other travel services while working remotely and requiring evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to determine travel needs and preferences, arranging all related services
• Utilize GDS and other booking tools to compute costs and manage reservations, ensuring quality control
• Assist customers with travel changes and special requests, maintaining strong collaborative relationships with clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of travel counselor experience or equivalent travel industry experience
• Proficiency in Sabre GDS is required; experience with Amadeus GDS is strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math skills
