- Run the weekly delivery rhythm, managing deadlines, ownership, and potential roadblocks
- Track team capacity to ensure proper workload management before committing to new projects
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or delivery at a marketing or digital agency
- Broad knowledge of marketing processes and workflows
- Strong hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing tasks effectively
