Job Summary

Leading a team of front-line managers, the full-time Agency Services Manager will oversee Contracts & Licensing operations, ensure quality assurance, and drive training initiatives to support financial professionals and distribution partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop front-line managers and trainers, setting clear expectations and fostering growth
• Manage operational performance for contracting and licensing, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
• Oversee quality assurance processes, utilizing insights for continuous improvement and compliance adherence

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in service or operations leadership, with a focus on managing people managers
• Proven track record of improving service quality and performance in complex operational settings
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing process or technology changes
