Agent Success Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as a primary point of contact for agents, the remote Agent Success Specialist will manage agent onboarding, training, and day-to-day relationship management while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound support by addressing agent questions and troubleshooting issues
• Engage proactively with assigned agents to strengthen relationships and retention
• Facilitate agent onboarding and training sessions, maintaining updated training materials and SOPs

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and self-direct daily workload
• Experience in presenting to and training external stakeholders
• Prior experience in freight brokerage, third-party logistics (3PL), or a related role preferred
• Proficiency with CRM and business platforms, such as Salesforce or TMS platforms, preferred
