Agent Training Specialist

Job Summary

To empower new agent offices, the hybrid Agent Education & Training Specialist will design and deliver engaging training content, lead onboarding sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness, while working both remotely and in the Seaford, Delaware office for five days each month.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and builds training content, including e-learning modules and guides for new and existing agent offices
• Delivers onboarding and ongoing training to new agent offices, ensuring completion of the curriculum within 90 days
• Serves as the technical lead for the learning management system, managing class schedules and tracking training records

Required qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a teaching or training role, including corporate training or instructional design
• Proven ability to design and lead engaging training for adult learners, both in-person and virtually
• Strong communication skills for interacting with business owners and their staff
• Ability to quickly build relationships with independent business owners and their teams
• Experience with business software and comfort in running live virtual training sessions
