Agentic Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI-driven features, the full-time remote Agentic Engineer will design, develop, and maintain the re:Members application suite using C#, SQL, and JavaScript while implementing agentic, spec-driven development workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Design and support the re:Members application suite, integrating AI-driven features and systems
- Build and advance agentic, spec-driven development workflows, utilizing AI coding assistants for development
- Ensure application stability and scalability through monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building and supporting production software systems as an agentic engineer or senior software developer
- Experience with agentic engineering and spec-driven development techniques
- Strong understanding of software design, system decomposition, and ER data modeling concepts
- Ability to resolve complex issues and document root-cause analysis
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
