Job Summary
Leading the development of systems and data orchestration, the full-time remote Agentic Success Portfolio Lead will manage data pipelines, AI workflows, and customer journey orchestration to enhance customer success initiatives at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Build and optimize the Digital Success OS, creating systems and data flows for customer engagement
- Transform product telemetry and customer signals into actionable AI-agent triggers and human interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure clarity in system ownership and maintain project momentum
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer success analytics within a SaaS environment
- Technical proficiency in AI-agent workflows and predictive modeling
- Operational experience with systems like Gainsight, Salesforce, and data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT and data quality
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex project environments
