Agile Coach
Job Summary
To support organizational change in digital service delivery, the full-time Agile Coach will work remotely to help delivery teams adopt agile practices, establish agile portfolio processes, and build an agile culture using lean methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable delivery teams to adopt agile practices and perform development activities
- Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work using agile approaches
- Drive strategic organizational change to support the adoption of agile techniques
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of relevant experience in agile coaching
- Experience enabling agile delivery and supporting organizational adoption of agile and lean practices
- Ability to coach and mentor teams and stakeholders, and facilitate workshops
- Experience with delivery metrics, status visibility, and cross-team coordination
- Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach certification or equivalent
