Agile Coach
Job Summary
To support teams in adopting Agile practices, the full-time Agile Coach will coach delivery teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders remotely, facilitating workshops and assessing team maturity to enhance software delivery efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Coaches delivery teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on Agile values, principles, and practices
- Assesses team maturity and develops improvement plans
- Facilitates workshops, training sessions, and Agile ceremonies as needed
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software delivery, including at least 2 years as an Agile Coach or senior Scrum Master
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled frameworks such as SAFe
- Experience coaching multiple teams simultaneously
- Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
