Job Summary
To enhance Agile delivery practices and Atlassian tool proficiency, the full-time Agile Coach Trainer will assess team capabilities, conduct workshops, and provide tailored coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Agile maturity assessments and deliver engaging training on Agile fundamentals and Jira Cloud usage
- Coach teams on backlog management, ceremonies, prioritization, and standardized Jira work management
- Facilitate Agile communities of practice and provide ongoing support to ensure sustainable improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, business administration, information systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant Agile delivery, coaching, training, or transformation experience, including at least 3 years of Agile coaching or instruction
- One of the following credentials: ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching, Certified Scrum Professional, or equivalent
- Hands-on Jira Cloud proficiency and practical mastery of Scrum and Agile practices
- Strong virtual facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
