Agile Delivery Lead
Job Summary
To drive Agile practices at scale, the full-time Agile Delivery Lead will manage end-to-end delivery for scaled Agile programs, translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, and coach teams to achieve high-quality outcomes while working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize delivery for scaled Agile programs, ensuring predictable outcomes and continuous value flow
- Lead Program Increment Planning events and manage communications regarding objectives, business value, and delivery metrics
- Serve as a servant leader and coach, driving the adoption of Agile principles and facilitating organizational transformation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Agile delivery or program management roles
- 2+ years in a leadership role within a scaled Agile program or multi-team environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile Lean principles and methodologies
- Agile or Scrum certification; scaling Agile certification is strongly preferred
