Agile Delivery Lead
Job Summary
Bridging Product and Engineering, the full-time Product Delivery Lead will facilitate agile processes, coordinate delivery planning, and maintain backlog organization in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and key delivery ceremonies across product teams
- Coordinate delivery planning and communication across Product, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders
- Maintain backlog cleanliness and structure in Jira, ensuring accurate status and organization of work items
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master in a software product organization
- Strong track record of supporting multiple cross-functional teams in distributed work environments
- Experience improving backlog quality and delivery predictability in evolving environments
- Familiarity with Jira-based product planning and roadmap tools
