Job Summary
Leading Agile execution for Team 1 supporting Core MIRS capabilities under the USMEPCOM ENLIST program, the full-time remote Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master will facilitate planning, daily coordination, backlog readiness, and sprint reviews while ensuring visibility into delivery commitments and performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery activities and facilitate sprint planning, daily coordination meetings, and retrospectives
- Establish and maintain a predictable Agile delivery cadence aligned with Government priorities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure backlog prioritization and readiness for sprint planning
Required qualifications
- An active Secret clearance or higher
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field
- At least ten years of relevant professional experience
- Experience facilitating Agile software delivery teams and managing dependencies across multiple technical teams
- Ability to prepare clear sprint plans, delivery summaries, and metrics for stakeholders
