Leading Agile execution for Team 3, the full-time remote Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master will facilitate planning, daily coordination, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews while ensuring alignment with Government priorities and delivery commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery activities for applicant-facing services and workflows
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily coordination meetings, and retrospectives
- Track and analyze delivery metrics, including sprint predictability and impediments
Required qualifications
- An active Secret clearance or higher
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- At least ten years of relevant professional experience
- Experience facilitating Agile software-delivery teams and managing dependencies
- Ability to prepare clear sprint plans and delivery summaries
