Job Summary
Leading Agile execution for Team 2 in a full-time remote capacity, the Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master will facilitate planning, daily coordination, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews while ensuring alignment with Government priorities and managing delivery metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery activities and facilitate sprint planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives
- Establish and maintain a predictable Agile delivery cadence while managing dependencies and impediments
- Prepare and submit Development Sprint Plans, Sprint Summary Reports, and track delivery metrics for performance analysis
Required qualifications
- An active Secret clearance or higher
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field
- At least ten years of relevant professional experience, including facilitating Agile software-delivery teams
- Experience managing dependencies across multiple technical teams or workstreams
- Ability to prepare clear sprint plans and delivery summaries, and identify delivery risks and impediments
