Job Summary
Leading an Agile Product or Operations and Maintenance team, the full-time Agile Development Lead will manage the software development lifecycle, including cloud-native application development, DevSecOps integration, and operational support, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Agile teams through refinement, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners on stories, estimates, and sprint commitments
- Maintain code, configuration, and documentation while reporting progress and addressing impediments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software application development within an Agile environment
- Ability to undergo a Tier 2S Investigation and receive a favorable outcome
- Successful completion of background and drug screening
