Job Summary
Leading an Agile Product or O&M team, the full-time Agile Development Lead will manage the software development lifecycle, focusing on cloud-native application development, DevSecOps integration, and operational support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Guide the team through refinement, design, development, testing, deployment, and support processes
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners on stories, estimates, and sprint commitments
- Maintain documentation, report progress, and ensure adherence to agile practices and standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software application development within an Agile environment
- Ability to undergo a Tier 2S Investigation with a favorable outcome
- Successful completion of background and drug screening
