Job Summary
To drive high-impact transformation, the full-time Agile Practitioner - AI Transformation will lead the rollout of AI-enabled delivery lifecycles and change management strategies while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption of AI-enabled delivery lifecycles and translate lifecycle expectations into practical guidance
- Design and execute change management strategies to promote new ways of working and manage adoption risks
- Implement enterprise work management tools and define success measures to align processes with productivity outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale Agile transformations or large-scale change initiatives
- 3+ years of experience designing and executing structured change management strategies
- 3+ years of experience with data analysis and performance metrics to evaluate delivery outcomes
- 2+ years of experience establishing and leading Communities of Practice or enterprise enablement initiatives
- 1+ years of experience designing or scaling AI-enabled workflows and modern delivery practices
