Agile Product Manager

Job Summary

To support global health benefits initiatives, the full-time Agile Product Manager will guide the product vision for Policy Administration System scrum teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns business goals, customer needs, and delivery capacity
• Translate strategic initiatives into product outcomes by defining features and helping teams understand the value behind their work
• Lead discovery work using customer feedback and data to test ideas before teams invest in delivery

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership
• Experience working with agile teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver product solutions
• Ability to turn business needs into clear product direction and measurable outcomes
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across business and technology teams
• Experience working with international stakeholders across regions and time zones
