Agile Product Owner
Job Summary
Owning and managing the Product Backlog, the full-time Agile Product Owner will drive the development of high-value capabilities for all products while collaborating with cross-functional Scrum teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Product Backlog and serve as the voice of the customer
- Collaborate with business product sponsors, analysts, developers, and designers to ensure stakeholder needs are met
- Utilize Agile methodology to drive the development of product features and capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Scrum and/or Kanban teams
- At least 1 year of experience leading systems/processes/tools for complex projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
