Job Summary
To enhance HR technology solutions, the contract Agile Product Owner - HR Systems will manage product roadmaps, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity for a duration of 6-12 months.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product roadmap for HR systems, aligning with business objectives
- Collaborate with various teams to gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and specifications
- Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations
Required qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll operations, and Agile methodologies
- Experience in product backlog management and user story creation
- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to payroll and labor laws
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and user acceptance testing (UAT)
