Agile Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the successful execution of agile programs, the remote Agile Program Manager will manage the coordination and operational aspects of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of complex agile programs, ensuring teams follow agile processes
• Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies, supporting teams in achieving their sprint goals and resolving operational roadblocks
• Manage dependencies and risks, coordinating mitigation strategies and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an agile environment, with at least 1 year in a program or project coordination role
• Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• A degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and dependencies
• Experience in risk management and issue resolution techniques, comfortable working with various stakeholders
