Leading medium- to large-scale projects, the full-time remote Agile Project Manager will manage planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives for a Database Infrastructure team, serving as a Scrum Master and facilitating Agile processes to achieve successful business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates sprint planning and coordinates daily work for three sub-teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies
- Manages overall project planning, execution, and delivery, including defining project charters, budgets, and operational turnover
- Tracks work status, manages issues and risks, and fosters continuous improvement within the team
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of Agile/Scrum project management experience
- 4-8 years of experience in information technology or business
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of project management, risk management, and change management
- Credible understanding of various technology domains, including database and server management
