Agile Project Manager
Job Summary
To support technical teams in software development and AI/ML initiatives, the remote Agile Project Manager III will lead Agile delivery activities, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and manage project milestones while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies across multiple engineering teams, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Maintain engineering schedules and support resource and capacity planning
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an Agile software development environment
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Technical project management experience supporting mid- to large-scale software development initiatives
