Agile Release Train Engineer
Job Summary
Coordinating delivery across teams supporting Army Finance modernization on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), the remote Agile Release Train Engineer will establish program-level planning, resolve cross-team dependencies, and align technical and business work around measurable release objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and facilitate the program-level Agile cadence across delivery teams and shared services
- Plan and facilitate Program Increment planning, dependency reviews, and integrated demonstrations
- Track delivery metrics and facilitate retrospectives to improve team coordination and execution
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software or IT delivery, including 3+ years coordinating multiple Agile teams or release trains
- Practical knowledge of SAFe-aligned delivery and program-level Agile coordination
- Experience facilitating Program Increment planning and cross-team dependency management
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, management, engineering, or a related field
- Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements
