Job Summary
Supporting the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) program for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), the full-time remote Agile Scrum Master will coach multiple agile teams, facilitate planning and execution of work, and ensure successful delivery of solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and lead an agile team within a scaled agile framework (SAFe)
- Facilitate team breakouts to plan work and create PI objectives during PI Planning
- Track and remove impediments to improve the agile team's efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance, able to pass an IT-1 background investigation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven years of related experience
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master, with significant experience coaching Scrum teams
- Strong Agile background, with a minimum of three years' experience leading teams using an Agile Scrum or scaled Agile approach
- Understanding of all elements of software development, including planning, development, and quality assurance
