Agile Strategic Learning Lead

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Associate Director, Agile Strategic Learning Lead will manage the Worldwide Commercialization Learning Centre of Excellence's Senior Manager team, ensuring effective resource allocation and operational excellence in agile learning initiatives across multiple functional areas, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the agile portfolio governance process and operationalize resource allocation mechanics
• Directly manage and develop the Senior Manager team, ensuring optimal project assignments and capacity management
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align learning initiatives with business priorities and maintain quality standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or Project Management certification preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience in learning, commercialization, or capability development, preferably in life sciences
• Demonstrated people leadership experience in a flexible, project-based environment
• Proven experience with portfolio-level prioritization and governance processes
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with global delivery partners
