Job Summary
Leading enterprise agile transformations, the full-time Strategic Agile Transformation Consultant will drive organizational change and enable high-performing teams to enhance the delivery of healthcare technology solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives and guide organizations in transitioning to Agile methodologies
- Coach executives, leaders, and teams on Agile principles, Lean practices, and change management strategies
- Establish and implement Agile frameworks, governance models, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and product quality
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile transformation initiatives
- Extensive experience leading Agile transformations in healthcare or regulated environments
- Proven success in implementing Agile methodologies, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and DevOps practices
- Strong experience coaching and influencing executive leadership and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale transformation initiatives simultaneously
