Job Summary
Reviewing and negotiating various types of agreements, the remote Agreement Specialist with JD will triage escalation requests and follow established guidelines while contributing to clinical trial processes.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate Clinical Trial Research Agreements, Amendments, Assignments, and Facility Use Agreements
- Review and triage escalation requests in accordance with approved guidelines
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal policies for timely completion of responsibilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a Juris Doctor (JD) preferred, or relevant paralegal experience
- Minimum of one year of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with AI-enabled processes and tools or willingness to learn emerging technologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
