Job Summary
Providing advanced agronomic expertise and consultative support, the full-time Agronomy Enablement Lead will manage field diagnostics, product placement strategies, and field development activities to enhance grower outcomes and business performance remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced agronomic support through field diagnostics, product performance evaluations, and product placement recommendations
- Lead and support field development programs for emerging products, technologies, and innovative agronomic solutions
- Analyze agronomic and telemetry data to provide actionable insights and decision-support recommendations for commercial teams and growers
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Plant Science, or related field required; PhD preferred
- 6+ years of progressive agronomic experience following advanced education
- Experience providing agronomic recommendations and supporting commercial sales efforts
- Experience conducting field trials, product evaluations, and agronomic research preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in crop production systems and field diagnostics
