Job Summary
To support the development of innovative mineral fertilizers, the full-time Agronomy Lead will manage the agronomic evidence roadmap, design and execute field trials, and communicate findings to drive commercial adoption in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the agronomic evidence roadmap, including trial timelines and decision points for product development and launch
- Identify and manage partnerships for the design, execution, and analysis of agronomic trials
- Convert agronomic evidence into commercial traction through customer and partner agreements
Required qualifications:
- PhD in Agronomy or a related field with expertise in soil and mineral interactions
- Experience in designing and executing experiments with external partners
- Proven ability to communicate agronomic results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Startup experience is preferred
- Experience in building commercial partnerships is preferred
