Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Build client confidence by managing relationships and ensuring timely communication of updates and decisions
- Translate client requests into actionable briefs, maintaining clarity on objectives, inputs, and success criteria
- Develop and implement improved workflows, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring quality service delivery
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and complex project delivery
- Strong understanding of workflow tools, such as Airtable, and their application in project management
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and agents in professional settings
- Ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience in agency, social media, or entertainment sectors is advantageous
