AI Adoption Consultant
Job Summary
To support innovative transformation initiatives, the temporary AI Adoption Consultant will work remotely to manage organizational change activities, develop communication strategies, and create engaging content for AI-enabled technologies and digital products.
Key responsibilities
- Support organizational change management and adoption activities for AI technologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies to promote awareness and enthusiasm for new tools
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions while collecting and analyzing feedback to improve employee adoption experiences
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, communications, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Experience supporting technology implementations or digital workplace initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating engaging content
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
