AI Adoption Consultant
Job Summary
To support innovative transformation initiatives, the temporary, remote AI Adoption & Organizational Change Consultant will manage organizational change activities, develop communication strategies, and create engaging content to facilitate the adoption of AI-enabled technologies and digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support organizational change management and adoption activities for AI technologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance awareness and enthusiasm for new tools and practices
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions while analyzing employee feedback to recommend improvements in adoption efforts
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, communications, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Experience with technology implementations or digital workplace initiatives, particularly AI adoption
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint and Word
