AI Adoption Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise AI adoption, the full-time AI Adoption Specialist will develop strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans while collaborating with technical staff and stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute an AI adoption strategy and implementation plans aligned with agency objectives
- Lead workshops to identify business needs, assess AI use cases, and translate AI capabilities into workflows
- Design and deliver AI enablement programs, including training series and self-service resources
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, organizational change, or technology adoption
- 2+ years of experience supporting AI adoption or technology transformation initiatives
- Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, or adoption strategies
- Experience with generative AI tools and applying out-of-box capabilities
- Bachelor's degree
