AI Advisory Senior Consultant
Job Summary
To support client engagements, the remote AI Advisory Senior Consultant will design, develop, and deploy custom AI-enabled solutions while managing training technology implementations and leading client interactions throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage training technology engagements from discovery through implementation and hypercare
- Design and develop custom AI-enabled applications and tools to accelerate training content creation and delivery
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during training technology and AI solution deployments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or software development
- Hands-on experience implementing Digital Adoption Platforms, preferably WalkMe
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a technical or scientific field; advanced degree desirable
- Proven track record of leading enterprise technology implementations from end-to-end
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and integration with LLM APIs
